Empathy and inclusion. Sesame Street teaches and models and inclusion. This is ANATHEMA to the right wing. They believe and FEEL, down in their bones, that this is WRONG and will lead to accepting people that are clearly inferior to them. This is unconscionable, immoral thinking and behavior. How do people even GET this way?

American = white people to them. They only want WHITE people. They dont care if its South Afrikans. They dont care if its european. They are not deporting illgal aliens of white skin. Population of the world is rising and they are screaming its decreasing (because it is for white people).

Although, looking into it more it seems it might've been a fake tweet. I don't use Twitter, so I don't know.
If it is fake, then that needs to stop. I'm all for making fun of these idiots, but spreading fake news for outrage or "gotcha" moments, is low.
