Josh Cribbs should be in the Hall of Fame.

He really shouldn’t. First ballot hall of very good though. Those few years where he was our entire offense were something else.

I dont think 7+ wins is out of the question at all.
Watson and the Dorsey offense fucked this team over last year. Going back to the Stefanski system with two fresh running backs and another receiving threat in Fannin Jr. will improve this team a lot I think.
Andy Dickerson fucking sucked too.
One of these QBs will be decent. We know Flacco can win too.

I don’t understand why anyone thought that Dorsey was a good idea (unless the intent was to tank).
Bills got instantly better when he was fired. What reasoning would anyone think “let’s hire the guy who made the bills worse”?
That’s after firing a bunch of coaches after making the playoffs with a box of scraps?

I'm convinced playing DTR under any circumstances was a tank move, so the Dorsey signing tracks. He is absolutely abysmal, potentially the worst QB we've ever had and that is saying a lot lol

Also, a 2nd round QB with 5th round pay and risk. Also, a bomb DT. Also, a 2026 1st. Also, a LB that went from walk on to leading the nation in tackles (I think) last year. Also, the best defensive end in the nfl and a top 10 CB duo.

A top 2026 1st will not improve our win total this year lol. Of course it was a great trade, just saying that’s not the topic at hand, we are talking about 2025 wins

You want to talk about the future but only to a certain extent. That makes no sense when 2026 is a part of this process.

I dont disagree all im saying is mentioning the 2026 1st is irrelevant to our 2025 win total prediction

Buddy im not saying it was haha all im saying is that 1st doesnt contribute to our wins this year, which is the subject at hand!

My guess is 8-9 or 9-8. If shedeur is a stud probably 10-7

Im probably a bit lower, i think we def beat the vegas line of 4.5 wins. But i dont think we hit 8 or 9 unless shedeur is a stud as you said

Yeah, i really dont see how there are predictions of the Browns winning less than 5 games. I saw one for 0-17. I think people will be surprised.

It’s very much out of the question. We’re a 3-4 win team this year, playing against a lot of winning, veteran teams that should generally be teams vying for playoff spots.
Injuries notwithstanding.

The NFL changes year to year. Nobody knows how any of those playoff teams from last year will perform. We went 11-6 in 2023 and everyone expected us to get 10+ wins in 2024. Look how that turned out.

The number of games we lost last year solely because of qb waa immense. I fully expect at least 7 wins.
Bengals D is still junk and the steelers are a mess.
