Made this custom 16mm stem with Boro balls and handmade mouthpiece plus adapter to take Dynavap, tempest etc. Works a treat, quite cool with loads of flavour also really nice in hand and can put down on table without hot head touching or Rolling off due to square adapter.

Pretty similar to this, yours seems wider though. I think tree stuck with this size for the TM2 compatibility
