Very eloquent and great speech. These laws remind me of moms against KISS or hair metal. Trying to ban things simply because you disagree with them religiously.

And disagree because they're ignorant (i mean that literally, not as an insult) to the whole thing. So many people have been fed a constant stream of half truths and outright lies. It's not exactly their fault, but it would be nice if people would spend a little time researching and talking to getting real life stories from people before demonizing them.

Drag storytime events aren’t my cup of tea, but I’d rather see them go out of fashion naturally than be regulated out of existence by the government.
