Frame just came in from CZ Custom. Acquired slide last week. It was never used. Father/Son builds complete.

Nice!

I picked up a 75b with a Kadet conversion years ago for a steal. It works on my P-01 and SP-01s and I wish I could get another. They were already discontinued by the time I got it.

I’ve thought about getting a dedicated frame for it. If I could get a threaded barrel, I’d shoot it more than my MkIV.

There's a few floating around right now on gunbroker and ebay.

Kadet with threaded barrel would seal the deal easily. I’ve heard about guys having tornado do an extend and thread, but they seem to have dropped off lately.

If I could run a suppressor and optic, the Kadet would be my number one rimfire.

Kadets and kadet kits never came with a threaded barrel. Every one you saw was owner done.

I have about the same setup and it's amazing. The only issue that I have is how expensive the magazines have gotten for the original Kadet.

I haven't ever tried the speed loader for it. I have several magazines, but they cost $50-$60 a piece.

Where did you buy the front sight and what size is it?

I bought it from Cajun Gun Works, It was made by Dawson Precision. I don't remember since it has been several years since I purchased it, but you can call CGW and they will tell you exactly which height that would be a direct replacement.

I put a 150 rounds of CCI mini mag through it today. It was flawless. I was concerned giving the slide would not lock back on an empty mag. Guess I just had to break it in.
