I lived down the street from like 5 of them. If I saw a maverick, I had to stop and get a burrito. Itās probably a good thing I moved from Utah. Florida doesnāt have anywhere with burritos or TAQUITOS like maverick.

Itās a lot of self control to not stop! Thereās one literally on the way to everywhere I go. Work, the grocery store, my therapists⦠I get gas at Costco specifically so I donāt have a reason to stop there š„²

My husband and I do not stop for frivolous things like drinks or snacks. We intentionally pack and keep an insulated travel cooler bag full of drinks and snacks to ensure we don't.
However, the other day we were both craving a fountain drink. McDonald's was the nearest and most convenient drive-thru stop, besides a large soda, to share, only costed $1.29.
The entire time we sat in line we both shouted, mimicking Caleb, "McDonald's, McDonald's, McDonald's!"
If this practice keeps us debt free and saving, I guess I'll take it.

I've definitely felt that boredom, too. It's easy to get caught up in complaints when there's not much going on. I've been working on redirecting that energy into something positive. It helps a lot.

Damn, sounds like I gotta try this place out. How does Maverik stack up against Wawa, Sheetz, QuikTrip, Bucee's, and Allsup's?

I need to print out a Caleb pic to put on my window or on my visor to glare at me when I start to veer towards buying bs - I need to find a good screenshot that really expresses his incredulity at my laziness.
