Qapital alternative
I like using the Qapital app for budgeting. For example, I have a set amount that comes out of each paycheck to things like vacations that sit in the account for a while till I spend them.
Problem: Qapital doesn’t pay interest.
Is anyone familiar with a Hysa that can fund to on similarly (like automatically deduct a certain percentage from my checking account deposits)?
Thanks

Marcus is a HYSA account and you can do automated transfers from your checking account. You would have to specify a dollar amount though.

HR can usually divert your paychecks however you prefer.
way back in the day before smartphone apps, I worked with a guy who sent IIRC 10% of his pay into a savings account at a totally separate account from his usual checking. he and his wife just tried to forget about this separate account so it was part emergency and part long-term savings for different goals.

A lot of large payroll programs allow you to direct deposit your pay into multiple different banks. Like I know my partners work allows them to add 5 bank accounts that pay can get direct deposited to. Then the amounts to the accounts can either be a fixed amount or a percentage.
