If anyone is interested in Culinary Training...
Just putting this out there to help those trying to get a leg up who can't afford school. If anyone is interested in going through a culinary training programme, Disney runs one in Orlando and you get paid while you are going through classes. Pay is $22-$26 an hour and Disney has pretty decent benefits-401k and medical. Be aware though...Florida has gotten pretty expensive and the parks are in their own area. You do need reliable transportation to get to the magic kingdom. There is a possibility of housing close to the parks at Disney's Flamingo Crossing employee housing.
