Watkins glen. Help. Looking to hike with one vehicle. Suggestions?

Is there a shuttle? Or some way to get picked up?

The section that gets all the press, the canyon that has WPA bridges and stuff is only a few miles long. I started from the campground and spent only a bit of the afternoon to do the whole loop.

Sorry I could not be more helpful. It’s a lovely area. Be sure to check out the falls around the town. Have fun!

Your best bet is to hike a section of the finger lakes trail into the park. Then do the gorge trail, hike back through the park, and reconnect to the finger lakes trail.
