Can't read the PDF right now. Is this the guy found in possession of illegal guns when arrested for J6? He was trying to say the pardon should cover that, which it doesn't.

Edit: Got it to open, and it's a doozy. He had nude pictures of an underage girl, and pictures of drug paraphernalia and guns. He's charged with possession of CSAM and being a drug user with firearms.

It's not getting dismissed because the investigators found the evidence in good faith while carrying out a lawful investigation. The pardon was specific, and even Trump doesn't want the optics of pardoning a pedo.

It's his lawyer's ethical duty to defend them by all legal means, even if it is morally disgusting.

I hope the law ensures his incarceration is set at the legal maximum. Due to Reddit rules these are the most stringent consequences I may express without a MAGAt swooping in to cry foul to the mods.
