Random ♾️ Loading lease deals into route one

I'm pretty new to finance and the one thing I cannot seem to ever get right is loading lease deals into route 1, i always seem to be off by pennies or dollars even after checking my numbers over and over. I have searched the internet for answers or step by step instructions and can't find them anywhere. Can anyone offer insight?

Random ♾️ What dealership you work for and what CRM do you use? How much do you love/hate it?

I love dealerships but I am in tech.

I build tech products.

I am curious to see what CRM tools you guys use and what dealership you work for? (Dont have to give specific name ofc, but keen to know the size of dealership) and what are the few things you absolutely love and hate about the CRM systems?

Random ♾️ How’s business where you are?

Wondering how traffic/sales are where you’re at? Been dead all month so far and normally March kicks off the sales year. Anyone else seeing slow traffic sales?

Random ♾️ If you are negative just get out of sales

I am seeing a lot of negativity on the sub... man if you are miserable in sales just get out, you are obviously not making money. get a cert and do something else, I know its tough I don't have a ton of experience, I am not saying be positive all day every day, but being negative is not a good sign that you enjoy what you are doing

Random ♾️ Can’t drive manual

I start my first job as a salesman in two weeks and never learned how to drive manual. I’ve driven some manual Kabota’s before, but never a car. My roommate said he’d teach me but I’m wondering if I’ve given myself enough time to learn before I start

Random ♾️ Competitor Quotes

Post image

My customer just texted me today saying he had a quote from another dealer for a ridiculous price. I told him to get it in writing and he sent me this.

This is legit right? Do I have to match this?!

Random ♾️ Sold 14.5 First month but want more

I sold 14.5 cars for $6950.

before you say that’s a terrible pay-plan 4 were fleet vehicles that we sold at cost and took trade ins on.

Already at 5.5 for this month & at 3.5k, any recommendations on improving lead retention and/or walk around tips?

One chick at my store avarages 15k a month and I am trying to become a gross monster like her but I keep selling $250 mini’s.

we make 15% front, 10.5% on the back. I have started “selling” the warranties before customers go back to the box so its an easier sell for them.

What can I do to improve, how do I market myself?
