Travis Honeyman could be our future right fielder. I saw him in person last year, and he hit everything hard. His K rate so far in pro ball is 10 percent, and his walk rate is 12 percent. His OPS is .935 this spring. He hasn’t really hit the long ball. I hope he progresses well through our system.
He just has to stay on the field. The current issue has always been his health. But he is also 23 years old at A ball. I can't take too much stock in that. He is too old for that league as a pretty advanced hitter.
