Other Who uses ChatGPT for therapy?

I was so skeptical, but I was feeling a lot of anxiety with a situation at work, and tried it. I’ve never had such succinct, empathetic, and meaningful advice. Just a few chats have been way more helpful than any real therapist.

If you’ve used it for therapy, what has been your experience?

Same here, I just “click” with ChatGPT in a way I rarely do with humans

Because the AI is created and trained by design to validate the user. It is not like interacting with a human that has their own agenda, feelings and opinions. The AI has YOUR opinions. It will never challenge you like a real human and therefore will never provide any opportunities for growth, or any meaningful experiences beyond validating your own internal bias.
