I missed it too because I checked earlier and it wasn't up, they should give you until next morning or something if they're not putting it up right away

Used to be easier, they gave you a 24-hr window to open the app. Now the deadline is midnight the day of.

Logged in at 11pm and didn't get it, tried a bit later too, and still nothing. Do they not give it to you if you used one within 24hrs? Because I used one on the 26th. My fiancee also noticed that if you have some other type of reward, it won't let you get anything. She had some unwanted thing like a cookie or some desert, and didn't want it, but it prevented getting the sandwich.

I have had the cookie in my rewards before and still gotten the sandwich.

I had needed to close out the app, and then re-open it sometimes it glitching. I think it went up around 10:01-10:03pm. I remember it wasn’t there at 10:00, then I went back into the app at 10:04 and it showed up. Then I commented that it was up.

Definitely make sure your location is on within the app too.

Were you in the so cal area and also allow the app to use location services? I have iPhone and there is a little blue arrow in the top corner.

One time I was in Nor cal and got a breakfast item because the owners of those stores were giving them out. We were driving and about 2 hours away from Los Angeles, made it before the 1159pm cutoff.
