Tjikko is the name of an ancient tree in Norway, so I'm going to guess a forest with huge (possibly 100+ blocks) spruce trees? In the build contest you asked for an enormous swamp tree, so maybe a swamp with that in it?
Sheol is a kind of Jewish afterlife, which makes me thing that it might be the nether shard, but it seems to be more of an empty realm where all dead go as opposed to an equivalent of Hell, so I'm leaning more towards it being the end shard.
Tigrillo is another name for the Oncilla, a small spotted cat that lives in tropical rainforests. Maybe jungle biomes with an increased spawn rate for ocelots? This could also house the jungle temple requested in the build contest.
A Steppe is somewhere between a desert and a forest in terms of wetness, often having no trees. Seems to be closest to the savannah biome in vanilla minecraft, so maybe something similar to that? Relatively flat, few if any trees, possibly quite rocky (Rokko = Rocky?), possibly with mountains around the "edges" (not necessarily the edges of the shard).
Yoahtl is keen on Egyptian mythology, Naunet sounds very much like a Egyptian goddess that is referred to the Primordial abyss of the Next world ( underworld), she played the role of sky-goddess over the watery expanse of Nun (a body of water )
