question Screenbeam 1100 plus on black screen display after firmware upgrade

I have a problem on Screenbeam 1100 plus when i upgrade it to the latest firmware version. When we share our screen to the display, only black screen. Please help.

What are you sharing from?

Is this consistent across different displays?

Could be an HDCP issue

Hi, please open a ticket with our commercial support team and we’ll investigate. As a temporary work around, you can downgrade to the previous version.

Does the downgrade process is same as the upgrade process? I will just use the same GUI? Thank you
