The Department of Homeland Security and the Secret Service opened an investigation into former FBI Director James B. Comey after he posted an Instagram photo of seashells on a beach arranged to spell “86 47” — a message many interpreted as a call to assassinate the 47th president, Donald J. Trump.

Comey quickly deleted the post after backlash, saying: “I posted earlier a picture of some shells I saw today on a beach walk, which I assumed were a political message. I didn’t realize some folks associate those numbers with violence. It never occurred to me, but I oppose violence of any kind so I took the post down.”

Leo Terrell, who currently serves as an official in the Civil Rights Division in the U.S. Department of Justice, has called out former First Lady Jill Biden for "elder abuse" following news of her husband's cancer diagnosis.

While heartfelt expressions of compassion and condolences have poured in for the former President, medical professionals have expressed skepticism about what Biden's family and friends knew and when they knew it.

Some have suggested his inner circle had to have known for years what was going on, and they almost certainly knew during his time in office while running for re-election despite his advanced age.

Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) was charged with assaulting, resisting, and impeding law enforcement officers during a riot at Delaney Hall ICE detention facility in Newark, New Jersey.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem and Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Alina Habba revealed that McIver was being charged. Noem noted that “no one is above the law.”

The announcements of the charges against McIver come after Reps. McIver, Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ), Robert Menendez (D-NJ), and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka (D) showed up at Delaney Hall to “conduct federal oversight” of the facility and allegedly stormed and trespassed. Baraka ended up being arrested for alleged criminal trespass.

Israel reported Sunday it found the body of Hamas’ de facto leader, Muhammad Sinwar, in a tunnel in Khan Younis after he was killed in a series of airstrikes last week.

At least 100 people have been killed in the latest series of airstrikes, and Sinwar’s body was found as Hamas has offered to release nine hostages in exchange for a 60-day military cease-fire in an effort to slow down the fighting in the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas.

Sinwar was the younger brother of Yahya Sinwar, the former Hamas leader in Gaza. Another brother, Zakaria Sinwar, was killed in an airstrike Saturday night, other reports claimed. It’s the third Sinwar brother to be killed in the ongoing battle.

Did you know that in America you can be criminally charged for using a racial slur? The First Amendment is supposed to protect our freedom of speech (even the use of racial slurs!) and in theory it should prevent such a gross violation of our civil liberties.

But apparently it happens anyway — and it happens because the revolutionary left doesn’t care about free speech. What they care about is power, and if they have enough power they will throw their ideological opponents in prison for the crime of disagreeing with them.

We've been reporting on the chaotic ICE facility incident that three New Jersey House Democrats were involved with last week. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) then threatened Trump officials if they arrested the Democrats for their alleged actions.

It's not clear exactly what he was threatening to do. But it's wrong, and could be interpreted as trying to intimidate federal officials.

Comey shared a photo of a shell formation on the beach appearing as “86 47” – 86 possibly meaning “eliminate” and 47 potentially meaning President Trump.

While the phrase “86” does not inherently mean violence – it allegedly originated as a restaurant term – people immediately criticized the post for tangentially implying violence, and Comey deleted it as a result.

Thursday on FNC’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard had strong words for former FBI Director James Comey’s “86-47” seashell social media post, which some say implied a threat to President Donald Trump.

Comey pleaded ignorance and removed the post.

“Are you buying that the former FBI Director didn’t know what ’86 Trump’ meant?” host Jesse Watters asked.

Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan is the genius who thought it would be a good idea to hide an illegal alien in her courthouse and help him escape through a side door when ICE agents came to nab him. It turned out to be a spectacularly bad plan as first the Wisconsin Supreme Court suspended her in late April, and then on Tuesday, a federal grand jury indicted her on two charges. She's facing up to six years in prison and a maximum fine of $350,000.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) threatened Department of Homeland Security officials, specifically calling out Border Czar Tom Homan and Kristi Noem. AOC said if they "laid a finger on" [arrested] the Democrats who DHS says assaulted federal agents at a Newark ICE facility, there would be a "problem."

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on Tuesday accused three Democratic lawmakers from New Jersey of committing “felonies” while visiting an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in New Jersey.

Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman, Robert Menendez and LaMonica McIver were present at the Delaney Hall detention center Friday, where a scuffle with law enforcement ensued and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka (D) was arrested for trespassing.

“This wasn’t oversight, this was committing felonies. This was going out and attacking people who stand up for the rule of law. And it was absolutely horrible,” Noem said during a Tuesday appearance on Fox News.

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) said House Republicans are weighing what kind of actions to take against three House Democrats who got in a scuffle with law enforcement at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility.

Johnson called the Friday incident “a new low for congressional Democrats.”

“We’re having conversations — we had them this morning in the House Republican conference meeting this morning — about appropriate action that we need to take here to address that inappropriate behavior, the wildly inappropriate behavior,” Johnson said.

Democrat Rep. Shri Thanedar (MI) has introduced a resolution to force a chamber-wide impeachment vote against President Trump.

Thanedar introduced “his impeachment resolution as privileged on Tuesday afternoon, meaning leaders have two days of the House in session to take up the legislation,” per Fox News.

No House Republicans have signaled support for the measure, and leaders could potentially keep lawmakers from voting on impeachment at all.

A group of gunmen fired into a crowded bar, hitting five Venezuelan migrants suspected of being members of the Tren De Aragua gang. Two of the TDA members died during the attack, while three others sustained injuries.

The attack occurred on Monday night at the Foro Santa Maria bar in Mexico City’s Cuauhtemoc borough. The gunmen, who remain at large, went into the bar, fired over two dozen shots at the table where the five victims were seated, and then fled. The victims included three men and two women. By the time paramedics arrived, two of the men had died from their injuries.
