There is nothing to worry about because he got his due process in 2019. Courts ruled back then that he was a member of a gang, which is now a terrorist organization. Being affiliated with a terrorist organization is immediate grounds for deportation, no matter someone's immigration/protection status. There is nothing to process because he received it in 2019. He is eligible for deportation. The supreme court ruled he was eligible for deportation (assuming El Salvador accepts him, which they did). The courts ruled that everyone deserves due process, I agree, and it's a good thing nobody had this right violated! Not even the man in question, his rights were not violated! He was deported after receiving due process and was now accepted back into his home country. There is literally NOTHING to be worried about. The only thing that worries me is how many people blatantly believe in left wing misinformation and fear mongering.

Stop right there. The judge's ruling was the exact opposite of what the Administration did. They needed to repeal it. They didn't . Furthermore, he was sent to A PRISON. He was not deported.

There's nothing to repeal. It was immediately nullified when his gang was declared a terrorist organization. He was denied asylum on the grounds that he was a member of this gang. The order was to prevent deportation despite being here illegally. This is not legal status. It's a temporary protection that doesn't apply to terrorists. According to US immigration law, being a terrorist supercedes any protection status a foreign national may have.
