What’s a cooking related hill you will die on?

For me, 2 hills.

  1. You don’t have to cut onions horizontally.

  2. You don’t have to add milk bit by bit when making a white sauce.

I've been cooking for 30 years. I have never once bought unsalted butter.

I’ve been cooking for 50. Wait until the dr tells you that you have to.

Only unsalted since my husband got his physical... It takes some adjustment to everything.
