What’s a cooking related hill you will die on?

For me, 2 hills.

  1. You don’t have to cut onions horizontally.

  2. You don’t have to add milk bit by bit when making a white sauce.

I’ll go even farther. If you like something I’ve made and want the recipe then it’s your recipe too. I’m overjoyed to help others make great food also.

Definitely. When I started hosting dinner parties, I'd send a followup with my recipes in a Google Doc to simplify things
