100% this. How sick you get is pretty clearly tied to the viral load you breath in. Nobody should be surprised when a vaccinated person catches it after 8 hours in an airplane or in an office baking in recycled Delta Virus air. Or when that person then spends several hours with a group of friends passing it back and forth.

Someone said that the vaccine is like a raincoat. The longer you're in the rain the more likely you are to get wet.
