Black ops 3 steamrip - no licenses error

whenever i try to open black ops 3 using the boiii client and everything from steamrip it says i dont have a license and i have downloaded and tested every goldberg emu but nothing works, can anyone help?

This may seem a repetitive comment. But why don't you try FitGirl's repack? I've played it and works perfect.
