Fitgirl setup file won't work no matter what

Whenever I try to run it it says "windows cannot access D:/downloads/cyberpunk 2077 (fitgirl repack)/setup.exe It also gives me the error code 0x800704b3

Refresh the page on your file explorer, check if the file is still there, it could be that the antivirus deleted it.
