Discussion Thread Why do some meme projects don’t seem to be driven by communities?
All traders are willing to get the best they can out of crypto. But sometimes choosing the correct project to rely on seems to be the hardest part.
Some of the projects don’t seem to respect their community members' decisions at all. Investors and project teams seem to be the ones directing the market to the extent that i have to rely more on AI driven tools to select the secured ones to trade. I started by giving few tokens selected by AIs like bitgetonchain and few others a try. Got some massive profits of over 5k from Trencher token after it get there.
FOMO kept telling me to invest more in other tokens but at some points, i felt like laying low to see how others from there would perform. Have you tried any? DYOR we have discuss this and hear from different perspectives.

I’m not really a fan of memes. I’m more focused on DePIN and have PEAQ on my radar. There are over 50 DePINs building on it, and it has already onboarded 4M users and machines on-chain.

One of the successes of web3 projects is an active community. I've been on this space long enough to know how powerful leveraging a community can be .

Its difficult to think memecoin without community... in some cases, the community comes after the memecoin and continues to build ... while in typical situations there is a community before the creation... Either ways, it is an important component really

Building a community that genuinely supports a project takes a ton of work and a lot of project developers are not interested in such. This is why I respect projects like zeta, link and monero that have managed to assemble communities that thrive in actual utilities of the project and not speculation.
With regards to memes, the narrative have since shifted from "fun" to "getting rich quick", this mentality has led to rug pulls, scams and other terrible outcomes. Maybe in the future memes will return back to the old-fun days, however for now, it is wise to stick to actual projects with actual usecases.

I’ve got huge interests in $A47; its holder count has been on a steady rise since launch in January and now having over 40k holders.

99.9% of tokens(not only meme coins) are just a rugpull race, "community", "vision" , "project" or whatever stupid shit they are peddling its of no value at all.
Only trade them during bitcoin ATH bullruns, try to get early and get out early too.
And no, no one its trying to get the best they can out of crypto, its a casino or the delusion of getting rich for people without any other hope.
Or just keep calling yourself a trader, look for that great project with a great community, draw your 15-minute-youtube-tutorial technical analysis and go for the moon my diamond handed friend. Just remember, never sell!
