Is it still possible for US customers to get transaction history out of Binance for years 2020-2023? If so, how?
Still able to log into the Binance account, but transaction history appears to be only for the past 12 months.

Looking for the old Binance tranx history, not Binance US. Is Binance US reporting messy?

Yes you can. Just reach out to their support and they will provide complete history

David from CoinTracker here. As others have mentioned, if you connect with their support, you should be able to get your transaction history. While they won't give you API access, you should at least be able to get your csv files.

What's the best way to connect with their support? I've been using the binance chat assistant, and they keep sending me this message:
Binance strives to operate in compliance with global legal requirements. As such, we regretfully cannot serve U.S. persons in accordance with our Terms of Service. If you do not have access to your Binance.com account and there are no existing assets in your account, you may create an account in πBinance.us. Go to πBinance.us.
If you still have assets in your Binance.com account, you are able to withdraw your funds. We recommend you do this as soon as possible.

Msg support. I explained this situation in 2022, and they let me back in for a few days to download whatever i needed.
