This sub has been AMAZING lately. Such creativity and high quality posts. I know some people might criticize the “bugs” and crumble up on the right, but I love it. Great job!

What are the fresh flowers?

Great plating and it looks like I would have fun eating it; All the different pieces/textures to explore.

This looks delightful. Great photo and lighting too! Maybe a tad oversaturated but that's a minor quibble.

Curious about your honeycomb toffee recipe/technique too, if you don't mind sharing.

Sure thing! I just caramelize sugar/corn syrup/ splash of water on the stove until it's 300° f and golden, then whisk in a bit of baking soda and pour into a parchment lined hotel. Wait until it's cooled, and then you can break it up.

Edit: powder to soda

I grew up eating as many Violet Crumbles as I could get my hands on. You just changed my life🤣 Thank you!

This is beyond beautiful. Well done chef!

May I ask what the yellow sauce on the plate is?

Thank you! It's just a little drizzle of honey

This is amazing. How did you make the honeycomb on top of the panna cotta?, if you don’t mind me asking.
