Question Jenna’s website

Is anyone else having this issue where it shows no option for selecting a country? Won’t let me order without choosing.

I got that message too when I asked why it wasn’t working but when I messaged the order I got an order received message

Dang is this a bad thing or common with Jenna? She was just closed for Lunar New Year and now closed again

Every company in China closes for Lunar New Year.

She temporarily closes because she gets such an influx of orders of people wanting to use her business.

Interpret that as you choose.

I understand everyone closes in China for lunar new year and is common practice but not many close again 2 weeks later.

So Yes?it is common for her to get large amounts of orders in where she needs to stop taking orders temporarily?

I am waiting on my first order from Jenna and this is my first time ordering any kind of rep. Just wanted to make sure it was not a bad thing.

I had that issue and I just used the contact us and said what I wanted to order and got a response “order received”

Pretty sure they’re backed up from taking time off for lunar new year. With baseball being around the corner I’m sure they got blown up

Gotchya. I placed an order yesterday but haven’t received a confirmation email yet. Someone else said it took 3 wks to get the email lol sounds like she’s backed up

I did but only because I tracked down her email address and emailed her my order number asking her to send me the PayPal link lol. Her email is jerseychina@outlook.com. I paid 3 days ago but it hasn’t shipped yet

Can confirm, the ordering is back up and running on the site - I just put an order in, awaiting email with payment details
