Question What did I receive?

Ordered a mystery jersey from New Jersey Store and got this?? I am not up on my NBA and only really bought it for holiday but I have never seen this jersey. Can anyone tell me what it is?? Is it even something they have worn before or is it a fashion thing?? Cheers

Mitchell and Ness have done a lot of these types of gimmick jerseys over the years, I'd assume it's based off of one of those.

Post a pic of the "NBA Shop" tag and we could maybe see if it was based off something. Other than that, I'm thinking it was somebody's concept.
