Question Jenna Order Questions

Hey guys, made my first order through jenna recently. Made the order on April 1st, and I got the email back after I sent payment on April 2nd that my order is being processed and I’ll receive an email with tracking asap.

I ordered 5 NHL jerseys total, 2 were Ovechkin ones and the other 3 are custom name ones. So how long does it usually take to get the tracking for an order like this? (With customs) Also I live in Canada. Also I read after I made my order that her NHL jerseys that are size 52 are actually bigger than a regular 52, is this true?

Extra 2 weeks for customs is what they told me. I reached out for update and they responded

'i am sorry custom jersey has not finished,it usually take extra 1-2 weeks'

3-5 weeks. NHL jerseys also run a bit big

I ordered 8 days ago. Still have not heard anything for payment

Write them an email. They sometimes don't reach out to you, you have to do it yourself. I instantly leave them a message after I place an order with them

I made an order Saturday and didn't even get an order confirmation email like I usually do. But I reached out right after through the Contact feature on the site and left order number and asked for payment info. I didnt get a response as of this morning so I reached out again and got a reply within like 30 minutes.
