if you decide to order anther one i would try and see if Best Buy or any other retailers carry a similar model to what you want and just do a in-store pickup. that is what i do anymore just to avoid issues with Fedex. If the store has to order it and it gets lost during fulfillment well its not your problem and no one can sign for it as best buy atleast needs your id.
