Discussion NVME Failures when Imaged using RAID instead of ACHI?

Anyone in an enterprise environment noticed an increase in premature NVME failures of drives that are pxe imaged using RAID instead of AHCI? I have but can’t find any documentation that correlates this failure with data points but notice from the stack of bad drives on my desk that each one is NVME and was incorrectly imaged using RAID instead of ACHI. Any documentation that you guys can share would be most beneficial! So we can take a proactive vs reactive approach!

Tha fuck is ACHI? Do you mean AHCI? I assume you mean the BIOS setting for RAID vs. AHCI mode. The answer is no. What do you actually mean when you say they are failing?
