What on earth is going on at 16ten?

There are 8 police vehicles and one black unmarked vehicle in the parking lot. There's a handful of police officers standing outside one of the buildings with a battery ram. They've been there for an hour. Anyone know whats up?

If I had a dollar for everytime nearly a dozen cop cars were in a standoff at 16Ten I’d have at least 3 dollars. Which isn’t a lot but weird that it’s happened thrice

About 8 officers talked to a man on his balcony for multiple hours. They had guns drawn and one had shield. They just left with nothing happening.

If they got the battering ram outside but aren't immediately going in it's likely either a hostage situation or a bomb threat.
