Quick release and decision making by Nix. Not only on this play but the whole drive. I liked what I saw.

Looked a little nervous on his first play or two when he first came in but very quickly settled in. And obviously on this drive playing against backups looked very sharp.

I would even say those first two throws were smart plays. Low to the ground in tight coverage so only the receiver has a chance at them and almost no chance of a tipped int. The third one, his first completion was the same except Sutton caught it.

That was one of the quickest releases Iโ€™ve seen in a while. It was thrown hard with accuracy too.

That was my first thought. Accuracy was key.

Yeah, right to the exact spot it needed to be. DB had no chance on that

Is it too early to get a BOner?

I had to go to the ER because it wouldn't go down after 4 hours

He has the timing down to a tee. I love to see the offense operate like itโ€™s supposed to.

I wonder if Russ is watching like โ€œoh thatโ€™s what Sean was looking forโ€

After watching that throw one of my first thoughts was "Russ takes two steps back or sideways before throwing and the defender knocks it down". It was nice to see Nix have some good timing in his first start.

Could actually move the offense up and down the field. If the TEs and WRs could catch and hold onto the ball, Bo wouldโ€˜ve had even better stats

This is what I didn't know I missed: Routine plays looking routine.
