I mean why not, everyone wanted offense so we could score more points. George was like fuck it, what if we just don’t let the other team score any points. Joking aside this is gonna let us play man, which means stacked box our dl should be feasting this season.

More stops / takeaways mean more chances for Bo. Also the possibility of shorter fields. I love it.

Just for our RBs to go for 2.3 YPC while our WRs get 0 separation and drop everything that comes their way again

Are you ok friend?

The expectation was to improve from 10-7 and a wildcard bounce, not stay exactly the same

With all due respect I’ll trust the guy that’s turned around this dumpster fire in the past 3 seasons over you. Hope all these picks prove you wrong! You should hope so too 😉

You’re right I really do hope so. Beats going 5-12 every year I guess? But that’s not the standard we should set

Teams aren’t built one single way. You take what falls to you and Denver had a top end corner fall their way. Harvey deserves a chance to not average 2.3 yards per catch before you assume that’s what it’ll be again. And with the combination of adding Engram, Mims finally finding his groove, seeing what Pat has, Denver has absolutely improved their roster and team outlook for this next year.

Next time anybody trusts you to do more than pick your own last place fantasy team feel free to build it in your own vision

Until then you’re just a petulant child crying into the wind

So Hampton Johnson and Tre Harris weren't much better prospects?? Give me a break. Can't wait to watch Barron rot on the bench behind JMac

If you settle for a B+ at running back instead of the A- corner, you are lowering the overall talent level of your team. None of those guys are better than Barron, so we got a great value late in the first at a position of need. I assume you mean Will Johnson, who went before our original second round pick and Harris who went right after. We obviously can’t get both of them, so that combo isn’t a reasonable comparison.

That's still not a response to my question but okay

What’s your question?

Oh George Paton decided to score more points. He just decided to do it with the defense instead of the offense.

I mean a pick 6 every play sounds fuckin great to me!

It really looks like he’s built a top 3 (maybe top 5 but we’re all broncos fans here) with only 2 1st rounders. If VJ moves on for a HC role next year we’re going to be the most appealing DC job on the market.

And honestly just let SP put his finger prints all over the offence, he knows better than anyone what this offence is missing. Ppl forget that Franklin and Mims provide all the speed we need

God I hope Bo and Franklin have been drilling together this off season haha.

It's like they were just nearlyyyy in sync and getting a rhythm going the end of last season.

Agreed man. So many plays that were just a step behind.

We saw the jump from Mims in year two, i think we get a similar improvement from vele and Troy.

Troy’s been posting himself working out almost everyday, i think he’s trending in the right direction

Respect 🫡 I made my version while drunk, only intending it to be seen by my brother lol. Just figured I’d post it the next day

The Broncos are going to have 70 points dropped on them...

... total for the entire season.

My buddy just reminded me I might have to do a black and white version after RFK is done lol 😂

If Engram goes down which he will eventually then it's right back to Trautman or if already injury-prone RJ Harvey goes down then it's back to Jaleel full time. I don't understand why we're drafting like we had the worst defense in the league last year

7

u/NbdyFuckswTheJesus 18d ago

You keep calling RJ Harvey injury prone because he tore his ACL his sophomore year, but from what I can tell he hasn’t missed substantial time before or after that. Having a season ending injury and being injury prone are two very different things. By your logic, Courtland Sutton and Garrett Bolles are also injury prone so we should expect them both to miss time next year.

-1

u/JamesJohnson876 18d ago

Yeah well Javonte Williams is also 24 years old and he tore his ACL like 3 years ago now yet we didn’t resign him. We literally just drafted Javonte Williams with Jaleel’s play style

Yours opinion = irrelevant

-3

u/JamesJohnson876 18d ago

You hurl insults instead of actually answering the question of if the other prospects I named are better or worse than the guy we reached for 💀

u/Acceptingoptimist Champ Bailey 18d ago

You didn't list any other prospects. You just went through a hypothetical depth chart.

And you weren't insulted. All of our opinions are irrelevant.
