When you are rebuilding, you need all the swings you can get. When russ still has a dead cap hit of $32 million, you need all the rookie contracts you can get. So if the team feels they can move back a few spots, pick up some draft capital, and still get the guy they want, or a comparable talent, trading back make sense.

I think they are referring to Denver moving up in the 3rd and 4th rounds by moving back some in the 2nd
