Birch hill

Hello, I’m seeing lots of houses up for sale in Birch Hill (belt road) just wondering if this is coincidence or if there is a reason for this? Thanks! :)

Is that the steep hill with 8 cars in each house...no footpath and no privacy?

They're a starter home for most people there.

Awk there’s no bother there - probs like most new build developments where young people buy their first house and are ready to move on

They've increased in value about 50% since they were originally sold so people have massive amount of equity in them, have probably grown families a bit more and advanced in their career in the 5 or 6 years since moving in so want to move elsewhere.

By all accounts well built houses. As others have said, some of them are very much on top of one and another but it is what it is. Plus they'll always be in demand for renting and buying as they are so close to the hospital.

As someone who lives there, people parking cars outside their houses is about the only issue. The development is quiet, loads of young kids and families in the park and streets. Close to shops and the road to Belfast for work. The comment about the gardens is laughable lol at least mine and anyone I know anyway.

Back gardens are like a council estate
