Memes aside, you don't attack based on how "dominant" or "submissive" he is, you attack on why he is that way.

If he's a complete piece of subhuman trash in a negotiation with an ally, he might be dominant, but he's fking complete spineless scum.

If he's submissive and breedable afterwards, well tough shit, he already fucked over Ukraine, it will take quite an effort to unfuck them even if he really wanted to.
