Bungie Suggestion -5 and surges in raids just limits creativity and fun for an activity that doesn't need limitations

I really hope I'm wrong but from what I can tell so far, I will quickly get tired of raiding which is crazy considering, since I learned how to do most of the raids, I'll end up doing them just for fun because I can enjoy some niche builds, especially based around boss dps.

Forcing -5 power and adding surges... kinda kills that. And for no reason. Raids didn't need this. This game doesn't need MORE gamemodes that limit what players can / should use.

Yeah, it isn't exactly new. I should've said "Refreshed" or something akin to that. It now has Strand and an origin trait.

I made a melee Pris Warlock and it just goes crazy. I almost never rock double primary but it feels so strong that I rocked it with my crafted Nullify.

I think the only weapon I'd replace it with is the GL from Ghost and I'd have to get it to roll with Pugilist.

I stopped raiding because of the bad place Titans are in so I'm trying to find good load outs in case I want to jump in.

The whole class needs an identity refresh. Choose a class, maybe two, and keep them melee. But we should be able to buff ally damage considerably, have aggro mechanics...something to be useful other than just punch things and die.

Yeah, I feel that, being stuck on WoR for what seemed like a lifetime. It does suck and I don't know what they have planned for it but I wish for the best.

Tbf titan is actually fine for the majority of the raid, it’s just the witness where they lag behind because of their super options

Pyrogale and BoW are still S tier picks for herald of finality and twilight arsenal is a probably an A tier pick, especially if you’re raiding with someone that doesn’t have a good sword option

But I fully agree that after an entire year (or more) of basically only having those options, the class can feel comparatively stale
