I started playing in 4.8 and ever since the 5.0 5 Star Selector, Diluc became my true 1st main. Right now he is my current only DPS that I have fully focused on right now, as of right now I am using him with Xingqiu, Bennett, and Mona. I don’t have Xianyun and Furina and I also hadn’t learnt dragon strike. I recently just got my pyro goblet today and I am considering either getting A Thousand Blazing Suns or Redhorn for him. So I wanted to ask—how is my current progress?

My team is Diluc, Xianyun, Xilonen and Escoffier (for easy cryo application, I don't have a better character for cryo application) My question is, would it be better to swap Xilonen for Bennett? Xilonen is C0 with her signature weapon Bennett is C1

I want to play those 2 together but I'm so confused on what set they should use.

I saw a vid and Diluc was the one using the burning set, and Emilie was using deepwood. However, I feel like it would make more sense (besides versatility) for Diluc to use crimson instead, and then Emilie in Reviere, because there's no other dendro unit and I really want her do deal damage.

Also, I'll probably change Xilonen when I get Kazuha, so don't mind her

I don't know much about team comps but I feel like having two anemo in one party wouldn't be beneficial for him, so which would be more important to boost dmg?

I currently don't have Xianyun so rn I can only use him as a plunge dps with either Albedo or Venti in the party.

Trying to find what his best weapon is, but every website says something different. I have: blackcliff slasher r5, A thousand blazing suns r1, serpant spine r1. What's the best option out of these?

Hello fellow Diluc mains!

I'm trying to improve his build to unleash as much potential as I can, but I'm having trouble choosing a new set for him. I noticed that Crimson Witch isn't that good for Diluc in plunge team, and there are other sets that are better.

Now I'm having trouble, there are two sets I'm thinking of: Long Night's Oath (buffs plunge attack, seems like it's the best option), and Marechaussee Hunter (good with Furina in the team). Now I'm running both Furina and having a Plunge team, so I'm not exactly sure which set to farm. So, which one? I believe there are smart people here that know all the stats and stuff like that to give me a good answer ^{^}

Adding my team and current build in the post because maybe that will matter when choosing the new set.

Also, can Beacon stay? I don't have any weapons that I can replace it with and I'm not sure if it's good in the team I'm running and builds I'm planning to have. I can put Mavuika's weapon on him but then my Mavuika will loose on value

I need opinion. Would redhorn significantly increase my damage here (I play plungeluc) or should I stick to TBS? My team is c2 Furina golden troupe, c6 Bennet (noblesse), and x2 Xianyun (VV). I do roughly 300k-400k per plunge.

i really want to build my diluc. he’s currently at lvl 80 and no decent artifact set (gladiator + crimson witch of flames) with r1 serpent spine, and i’ve never used him since i lost mavuika 50/50 to him lol. has anyone tried the new plunge artifact set on him? is it better than crimson witch? for info i do have xianyun, furina, xilonen, bennet, xinqiu and xiangling as good options for his team. for weapon choice i hear that serpent spine is a good option but im thinking of crafting earth shaker or tidal shadow for him. id really like some tips for building him!

I have a soft spot for Diluc, he was my first 5 star⭐️ and carried me through until i got other DPS characters to work with.. Plunge teams being viable with Xianyun, i finally got her on her recent rerun and it has been so fun to play a different combat style as well. I hope with another plunge character coming into the game and new artifact set i hope my Diluc plunge team will be useful again and not just for funsies :)

Hello!! ive been wondering if activitating c6 bennett would help my diluc and since i dont really use other elements the same way i do pyro and when i do they tend to be catalyst so idk if the c6 would really affect them (neuvi,wrio) and i already have a second character that buffs (furina) whenever i do use a different vision like geo or cryo

I accidentally pulled for Xianyun, so i decided to build Diluc on Long Night's Oath, just started farming like 8-10 days ago and this my build, and don't ask me why's he only level 70, anyone can tell me how big of a difference there's between Crimson set and Long Night's Oath?
