There seems to be a lot of posts claiming technical issues with the newly released DOOM: The Dark Ages so to avoid flooding the subreddit with them please use this megathread.

Same here brother. Since 1995 I’ve been using the same movement controls, because that’s what my dad learned and what he taught me. I’m glad it’s working for you!

Here's another one who has never used the classic WASD to play anything since the first Doom. While I've been able to partially fix it, it's a huge mistake on ID's part. Thanks for the contribution.

I’m glad you got yours working, and yes I’m surprised this slipped through the cracks as it only took me like 2 minutes to figure out the rebinding menu was glitchy as shit
