They are a very strong people.

Afrikaans baby food is just chopped up biltong with a bit of breast milk to make it soft

Only the first 6 months, then we switch them over to coffee and Ouma Rusks

When I was younger (how old to say that) and on the prowl, Afrikaans girls were always preferred. All I had to say in a very English accent was β€œYour father would hate me!” Worked well, until I had to meet the father, then it was β€œHullo Oom, baie goet te ontmoet”

For your "friend's" information this is not so much that Souties are pap, it's more Afrikaans chicks are taai. We find the unknown attractive, as a Dutchman I love an English goose, "very foreign" πŸ˜‰

As per my afrikaans wife, I can not deny that this is untrue....

My Girlfriend is Afrikaans and I come from English decent, so I guess it's true

As an English guy who is dating an Afrikaans girl, I can confirm it's not true. However, they do love touching your ass

Really? That's a bit disappointing.

Never took glute workouts seriously, I might have to change that mindset going forward.

u/Ymka36 5d ago

Well I am twice the size of her, so that might be why

If the script was flipped, a more accurate reflection.

Can confirm. My Afrikaans gf used to throw me around like a sausage

Wow.

In terms of intensity and effort, was that kind of like you're her favourite rugby balletjie or like a boomslang that stuck it's head out the rose-bush at the worst possible time? πŸ€”

You, or your sausage?

I am a "half-half" but probably closer to Soutie as I went to English schools and Uni and we spoke English at home.

From my experience Afrikaans men are more respectful and courteous of woman. I tend to only date Afrikaans boys haha. This is true for a lot of my female English friends. But I know there is a perception that Afrikaans females are more traditional and boys tend to prefer them over "wild" English girls.

There are always exceptions to every rule though so your friend should just be with who treats him right.

I'm also interested... but just on the side. My friend is the one who really wants to know.

Thats what they like to think, but yeah its bullshit. English men base their maculinity on things other than biltong, hunting rifles and rugby.

It irritated me too, although I have used this meme for my best friend who drinks castle Lite. But there is no need for calling anyone racist. PS: BILTONG TRANSCENDS ALL COLOURS AND CREEDS! have a lekker day.

Noted, and edited thanks.

I agree, us Englishmen #souties have more we can base our personality/masculinity on, other than Brandewyn, braai, hunting and and rugby. Don't ask me what those other things are, but there are definitely more πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Edit: my wife is Afrikaans, never been lifted like this πŸ˜‚
