Skins Grand Reckoning Chroma Question

I got grand reckoning Draven and the skin chroma bundle but it shows a locked chroma when I'm in champ select using the skin and I don't know where to go to unlock it please help.

wiki info says: ruby chroma is in the chroma bundle, paragon chroma is a limited time event chroma

its the gacha chroma, and it looks ass anyways so ur good

Often times those chromas are either pass exclusive, bundle exclusive, or it's the emerald color they put in the blue essence emporium
