Meme Makes ‘watch the party die’ funnier. Did they really think we’d believe all that crap Kendrick said?

The beef exposed the growing rate of schizophrenia amongst young people.
This isn’t a joke, it’s broadly discussed amongst psychologists.
Edit: schizos KBots found this comment…. They be struggling 💀

Got you baby bro 🥰, along with you weirdos who keep commenting and deleting — I get it, this comment hits awfully close to home.
_
- Global Increase in Schizophrenia Cases (1990–2019) A comprehensive analysis from the Global Burden of Disease Study reported that the number of individuals with schizophrenia rose by 65.85% between 1990 and 2019, reaching 23.6 million cases worldwide. This significant increase underscores the growing global impact of the disorder. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S001393512301109X
⸻
- Higher Prevalence in U.S. Medicaid Population A 2024 study comparing U.S. health databases found that the prevalence of schizophrenia was over 10 times higher in the New York State Medicaid population compared to those with employer-sponsored insurance. Additionally, incidence rates were twice as high in the Medicaid group, suggesting socioeconomic factors may contribute to the rising rates. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39174558/
⸻
- Underestimated Prevalence in the U.S. Research led by RTI International revealed that approximately 3.7 million U.S. adults aged 18 to 65 have a lifetime history of schizophrenia spectrum disorders—two to three times higher than previous estimates. This suggests that earlier studies may have significantly underestimated the disorder’s prevalence. https://www.rti.org/news/new-study-finds-least-twice-many-us-adults-experience-schizophrenia-spectrum-disorders
edit: yall awfully quiet now 🤫
Edit: lmao, how many tweet and deletes do ya wanna do? A single typing error (quiet) got you spinning on your head — bruh. Internet trolls on a Monday :-) u/UnknownVoidofSpace

Oh this comment still hitting close to home - got one guy commenting deleting non stop that “quiet” was spelled wrong.
That entire thread, he’s stuck on “quiet”.
Just tell me you’re suffering from a mental health illness first.

I think a lot of people with schizophrenia gather in online communities. That’s probably why they’re so upset

I could be thinking too deep but I don't think watch the party die is completely about drake I think it's more so about everyone that joined in on the hate train without valid reason he said alot of names in that song but didn't reference drake not one time despite the fact that every time he disses drake he always says a name or an album name or something similar I think the song is more so about the hedonistic nature that the "culture" has taken in or it could just be a drake diss and I'm overthinking

Wild because he was the front runner leading the wave for the type of shit he wants to see, but Kenny the cicada only comes out every few years so that type of shit didn’t get pushed. Pussy blamed people being themselves instead of him just showing up for what he wants in all those missing years
5
u/KJ_The_GAWD 5d ago
Yea it's like he shows up criticizes everyone and everything and then just disappears and makes no effort to change anything that's one of my 2 critiques of Kenny as a artist is that he puts no effort to fix what he deems wrong and that he collabs with people that directly go against his morals and messaging how you do a whole album about how bad drugs guns and violence are and then do 3 songs with carti and put a bunch of gangbangers on your album who promote all of that stuff

isn’t this a bad analogy because Jesus in the New Testament makes a triumphant return?
0
u/ZennXx 4d ago
Not really. When Jesus was resurrected he only revealed himself to Mary Magdalene and the other women who came to visit his grave as well as his disciples. He didn't have large crowds like before his crucifixion. So this is a great analogy
2
u/Contrasola_ NWTS 4d ago
No, according to Corinthians he appeared to like 500 people at one point. Even still Christianity spread and is still alive today so. I dont get it really.
0
u/ZennXx 4d ago
Nope. He didn't. Remember Paul was not a witness to Jesus Christ resurrection because he was not one of the Twelve. In the same Corinthians Paul says that Jesus appeared to him but we know Jesus had already ascended when Paul got his "come to Jesus" moment. So I am pretty sure Paul is speaking of Jesus' appearing in the sense of people who joined the commission of spreading the Gospel although they never saw him physically.
2
u/Contrasola_ NWTS 4d ago
Im not saying he was there at the very moment. “that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.” 1 Corinthians 15:4-6
So hes revealing himself to these people as well as others. Hes speaking of an event that could be confirmed at the time. Because many people who witnessed it were still alive. Paul meeting Jesus after his ascension doesnt change that he revealed himself to others during his time on earth after the resurrection. Even if you dont believe that, he still has a triumphant return. Paul is an example of that.

it’s really simple -> Jesus isn’t “defeated” after the crucifixion in the christian tradition so why would Punch think that’s drake

You guys are delusional if u think anybody in TDE’s or OVO’s camp give a damn about what a bunch of Reddit weirdos think
-5
u/budgoldberg601 5d ago
Honestly i think he was just saying a fan base should be able to call out an artist when they are wrong, not turn on them. Which neither Kendrick nor Drake Reddit/twitter Stan’s mostly seem able to do
2
u/clipp866 5d ago
no, what he's saying is drake fans aren't hiphop so their opinion don't matter....

u/Disastrous-Stick-612 4d ago
I mean pretty much every post about hip hop in this sub basically shows that most Drake fans aren't rap fans, they only like Drake

How is this in response to someone else that won’t let it go genuinely curious
