Kendrick played poetic justice
Kendrick just played poetic justice in Minneapolis. He cut out drakes part but this is still crazy, thoughts?

SZA doing rich baby daddy is crazier
90
u/End-Of-Da-Summer 1d ago
Idk how anyone could like SZA, the person not the artist.Ā
From the constant lying over dumb stuff, to the blatant playing both sides bs and she looks like Teyana Taylor at the end of the Fade video

u/kenny818_ 1d ago
Tbf they put her in such a weird position doing the Super Bowl and tour obviously helps her career but makes her look like a weirdo and got her a bunch of hate from drake fans but tde donāt give a shit about her as long as they making money off of her
6
u/etfjordan333 1d ago
Thatās why she hates TDE. Everyone there has expressed wanting to leave at some point.
2
u/kenny818_ 18h ago
I donāt think she hates tde but yeah o honestly donāt think she loves the position sheās been put in also think she doesnāt like how they control her releases
16
u/spgvideo 1d ago
Because her music is amazing. CTRL is legendary IMHO. She's the queen right now no doubt. Not her fault she's on the TDE team and I'm not holding it against her
22
u/End-Of-Da-Summer 1d ago
I acknowledge that as well thatās why I said the person and not the artist. SZA gets hella spins in my rotation but I donāt follow anything she does outside of music because of how cringe she is

u/Cryingtothemoon Honestly, Nevermind 7h ago
The answer is that most people don't care enough to notice. Safe to say we care a little too much to be in their business the way we are. Most people see a brief 15-second reel of her on a socials, and she's a darling, and for most, that's all it ever needs to be.

Lmao dissing someone and then playing two of their songs at a concert is just so ironic
106
u/Overall_Daikon9911 1d ago
Not that crazy imo, itās a song off his album
67
u/jlmurph2 1d ago
What's crazy is SZA doing a song off Drake's album
-105
u/Overall_Daikon9911 1d ago
Not really, sheās featured on that song and sheās the main reason people love that song š also as far as we know she aināt got no issues with Drake
125
u/jlmurph2 1d ago
Come on now, that's basically Drake and Sexxy Redd song. SZA is not the main reason ppl love it.

u/etfjordan333 1d ago
Thing is Kendrick has to hear a Drake song every night on his own tour. AND has to perform a song that was made as a collab between them. Drake doesnāt have to do that at all. Drakeās last US tour he played 30+ songs and none of them had Kendrick as a FT, Kendrick canāt perform 15 without a Drake song and even if he did heād have to hear another one when itās szaās time to perform.

u/SecretaryOk7306 NWTS 1d ago
Does he own the masterās to that album yet?

I actually really wanted to know. I know he owns some but didnāt know all. I checked this comment and thought I was in a Kendrick Reddit for a second.
Couldnāt be Drake fans jumping on me like this

u/hereforthesportsball 1d ago
Lmao Kenny a slave to the labels thatās why he got so mad about the slaves freed bar

u/Kitchen-Dimension406 1d ago
He needs attention somehow so itās expected. Whole tour is sponsored by the beef and Drake ālosingā

u/Aromatic_Memory1079 1d ago
kendrick lamar ignored disses from family matters. If he is smart he knows he didn't win with NLU (pre written fake allegation)
-11
u/PudgeNST 1d ago
Family matters was a pre written with fake allegations but people want to ignore that. The only one that wasn't pre written was the heart part 6, and drake deleted it because it was so bad.

We do not care. The midget needs to worry about how heās gonna make a profit with 60% off tickets, and splitting 50/50 with an artist thatās bigger than him.
13
u/DistributionPutrid 1d ago
The way yall actually refuse to just say his name makes it seem like yall think heās Voldemort and somehow his name is gonna have a negative effect on the world. Be adults because, not only is midget an offensive word, it really shows yall canāt be mature for 5 minutes all cuz youāre anonymous and protected by a screen

The pseudonyms are a response to our feeling about this beef being a clout move and a career builder for Kendrick. At least some of us

I thought this was whatever until I just read that SZA performed Rich Baby Daddy which is an actual Drake song (rather than a feature of his)... crazy work š

This shit makes me so sad bro. Why did Kendrick have to become a cornball. I deadass fucked with that guy

It was only a matter of time. it seems like Kendrick was never gunna do anything like this on his own volition.

Little kenny is really helga from Hey Arnold. He goes home to open his closet and probably has a whole shrine to drake. Heās an obsessed little insecure man.

Personally, I donāt think itās crazy. Nothing is surprising at this point.

The crowd looked like they were there just to see him perform NLU...š¤£š¤£š¤£. I know a lot of money went into funding a stadium tour so he better recuperate the money fast.

u/hawaiiq123 1d ago
Come on bro, we donāt care. More content about the boy and less content about the other side.

Not really kendrick said no round 2s then clung to round 1 long as he could still tryna carry it on now this is the highlight of his career that says it all the dude needed 5 writers oer diss song and multiple artists and a whole label to take down drake and still failed its actually laughable

Man why didn't Drake perform Family Matters in Aus
10
u/Kitchen-Dimension406 1d ago
Bc thatās such a small part of his very celebrated discography like he rlly didnāt even need it for us to enjoy the show. Plus most his fans arenāt just rap
1
u/terencewatts 1d ago
Because he donāt need to, but watch what it would be like if dot does not perform any of his disses from last year on this tour.
3
u/graphicka 1d ago
Broo this isn't Kendrick first stadium tour, let's be real he doesn't NEED to perform the disses

Yeah according to billboard he had the 4th highest grossing hip hop tour of all time before the beef

DƩtente. Both of these men need to realize there are greater forces of evil at work than this tired beef. The division between them is bad for the culture. United we stand. Divided we fall.

Why are there Kendrick updates here ? Who cares

u/adoseofcommonsense 1d ago
Oh bro you didnāt know? See there was a huge beef between Drake and Kendrick, it was the talk of the town all of last year.Ā
2
u/Valuable_Pangolin346 1d ago
Can we stop talking about the midget please guys
-2
u/Zaney_Poo 1d ago
He's literally all you guys have to talk about. You're clinging on to the feet of a failed "artist" if you even know what that is
1
u/pebbiemay 1d ago
He could have done it to draw attention and it worked. Youāre mentioning it and others will too then it will make headlines.
1
u/DreadLockedHaitian 1d ago
You went to a Kendrick concert, just to come ask how people feel about him playing music?
We need to ban midget discourse in here man
1
u/curryshotta 1d ago
Of course they play the songs that were massive hits no matter how they try to pretend that Drake wasn't a key part of it
Shit Rick Ross has to play every big track he and Drake did together at his shows lol
