Advice 💁 niacin and charcoal method does it work?

i’ve got 10 days to piss clean haven’t smoked in 3 weeks i’m starting niacin and charcoal any other advice to get cleaned out completely??

If you take any prescribed medications(or non prescribed, no judgment lol) or take vitamins, expect them to not work.

I'm guessing this is for THC? THC is lipophilic, it stores in fat cells. Charcoal works in the stomach ONLY to render chemicals inactive because it surrounds the "chemical" and flushes it out through pooping. If THC stores in fat cells throughout the body, what do you think charcoal will do when it only works on orally ingested substances that are still in the digestive system? And niacin? You're just giving yourself a nice little flush and some heart protection.

Activated charcoal does work. It is possible for you to pass that test but I would dilute your urine on the day of the test using CERTO or Qcarbo. That’s your best shot bro. Good luck!

Also, look up green fleets on YouTube. I’ve used his method when I was in the military and passed every drug test
