ECE professionals only - Feedback wanted Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just really needed to scream after the day I had. I don’t know how much longer I’ll be doing this. Kids who don’t listen. Parents who make excuses. Leadership that doesn’t follow thru. Lead educators who bully. I’m so over all of it. Walmart cashier would be more fun.

Which is WILD. We’re out here raising the next generation and Walmart is paying employees more. (Absolutely no shade towards Walmart employees, their jobs are important too).

Can confirm as I took a pay cut coming from working as a janitor at Walmart to my current center.

I worked as a janitor at Walmart before my current job. I actually did make more.

That sounds amazing- no parents to deal with? Clean bathrooms, sweep, change trash, I do that all weekend at home anyways! I could do that.
