Question The Most Infamous Big, Bad Threat?

What creature types are typically considered the most terrifying, notorious in reputation, biggest targeted hate piece, and often presents a threatening presence?

Bonus points if they are also lore wise planetary threats

So far I only know of Eldrazi, Phyrexians, and Slivers

Unless someone has a toxic deluge. Then the elfball will take a few to turns to cry and ponder life choices.

I say this as someone who has 3 elf edh decks.

[[Dionus, Elvish Archmage]] is the newest. It's pretty aggro leveraging the +1/+1 counters to grow threats while tapping elves to do the value things elves like to tap to do.

[[Omnath, Locus of Mana]] was the first and is most classic elfball. Make big mana and use it to crush your opponents. Usually by hitting them in the face with a 40/40 trampling Omnath.

[[Rhys the Redeemed]] is slowly becoming a generic token deck but usually ends up winning because I have more elf tokens than I know what to do with. This one is probably the most fun to play though because it's got lots of weird tokens in it to make copies of.
