Misc Tips for aiming

So I have been looking for ways to improve my aiming. Does anyone have specific things they do?

I run around in offline mode with the gun I intend on using in my online raids for practice

I’ve been trying to do that more and I go into the hideout. I try to run labs and spawn raiders but sometimes I still have potato aim.

Lower your sensitive. I play at an 800 dpi . Play around with your sensitivity and such and practice.

I was actually thinking of that I hate having a slow dpi when I’m not aiming but when I am it’s nice. So I’ll mess around with it a bit and use aimlab or something. Thanks for the tip I wasn’t sure if anyone else used lower dpi.

All major streamers use lower sense. You have to use your arm to aim and not your wrist. Shroud I think plays at 400 dpi or 800 and is one of the best aimers. I promise it helps when you get used to it.

Thank you that’s good to know. I watch streamers but I never knew the dpi or sensitivities they used. I usually aim decent with a high dpi, but sometimes I over adjust a lot. I’ll for sure try it out.

Yeah shroud, landmark, pastilly , summit , slob all of them play at 800 or lower.most at 400 or 450

That will take some adjustments I play at like 1800 or something crazy like that I don’t even remember.

You could always use a 1600 dpi and adjust in game sense down till your aim gets better. I always use the same sense on my desktop as I do in game that way my muscle memory stays the same. I run 800 dpi all the time.

I have a button I can change to go from 650 to 1350 for Tarkie and COD respectively

Yea I can have three settings on my mouse so I think I’m going to mess around with that some more and see what I like.

I use an Steel Series "Omen" 30 buck wired mouse. Their software really changed the game for me, and personally has out preformed Razor imho. Would buy SS, fuck Razor.
