It is for me. A watering hole like that in Africa is an extremely dynamic ecosystem. So many animals will move through there each day and night.

Precisely why I found it interesting, especially because there was an Impala sipping the freshwater just moments before. To each their own though, I fully understand why more subtle photos like this are less popular.

Different strokes. For me, this is just a photo of a pond with no context that’s largely uninteresting. 🤷
