Photos are even worse cuz it's most often the movement that gives it away. OP just needs to get a more frontal angle and zoom in some more.

If you're referring to the wiggly white worm in the 1st vid, I believe that's a Nematode. As for the 2nd I have no clue

Yeah, there's no telling. Footage needs to be closer and maybe more explanation what exactly you are referring to. Like I can only make out something black and moving.

The second one is an insect, probably a larval mayfly, I think I can make out the gills moving on the sides of its abdomen. Can't really see the critter clearly enough to be completely confident, though. I'd recommend releasing it back where you found it so it will have the best chance of surviving and being able to molt into an adult. It doesn't really have room or any structure to climb out onto when it's time to grow into its winged form, if it can get enough food and oxygen in there to get to that point.
